Coconut strawberry ice cream - it's getting set in the freezer as I type this. I hope I get to eat some before going to bed.
Exercise:
20 minute walk

DCKMB: Nope, he doesn't but he's used to seeing me eat differently for the last 3 weeks.
suz38487: I hope so. But I have a feeling it'll take him at least a year to realize that there's some change in me, other than weight loss, because of my diet.

Day 2

S: A big handful of almonds
L: Gyro Salad w/ sour cream gyro sauce (ate out)
S: Almonds, Coffee with raw milk
D:
Beef liver fried with lots of onion and spices - yummy!
Beet greens, white onion, pine nuts stir fry
Strawberry-coconut ice cream
WOD: 30 minute walk
Macronutrient:
Fat: 62%
Protein: 24%
Carbs: 14%
Total calories: 1177
Skipping b/f was a bad idea - gave me the munchies and ended up eating lots of nuts. I had a mild-headache in the afternoon, something I would have dismissed pre-primal, but I was wondering if eating the gyro gave me it - might be some preservatives or additives.

3 eggs cooked in Bacon Grease (Yum)
3 strips of Bacon
Swiss Chard + Garlic Scape stir fry made with butter and seasoned w/ kelp
Strawberries
Blueberries
S: A ton of almonds *
S: Kale chips (whoever came with this recipe is genius)
Dinner:
Swiss Chard + Garlic Scape Stir fry
Beef Liver w/ Onion
Dark Chocolate ( a piece each of 75% and 85%)
WOD:
1 hour walk
10 min arm workout with dumb bells
* Eaten out of total boredom

Fat: 56%
Protein: 24%
Carbs: 20%
Total calories: 1064
