Yeah, this is definitely NOT toast, but these mushrooms have to be toasted in the oven, ha ha! This recipe is delicious, roasted portobello mushroom caps filled with anchovy and sun-dried tomato spiked gremolata sauce! The perfect side dish... Or you can add sardines to the gremolata you've got yourself a nice little snack/meal!
