    Costco - Kirkland Avocado oil

I'm not a member of Costco . . . yet. I've found that I like to use avocado oil for making homemade mayo because of it's very neutral flavor. However, at my local Stater Bros. (CA) it's $12.99 for 16 oz. I read that Costco's Kirkland brand is about $8.99. Could someone check this out for me? If I can't find it cheaper the best I can afford is extra light tasting olive oil. EVOO is just too strong. Also posted in the Odds and Ends forum.

Correct. If I remember correctly Costco sells it for $9.99

I have been using it for quite some time now and it's fantastic.

It's 500ml, so about 17oz. It's actually the chosen foods brand. Good stuff, I use it pretty much all the time in place of canola oil.

I'm finishing a bottle of Chosen Foods right now. $9.99 is much better than $12.99. Fortunate that I'm making mayo for just one.

It's closer to $11.00 and that is 1L or approx 33ounces. Bought it a few weeks ago at Costco.

Since you're on the west coast down here in CA I should probably get it for the same price.
