I was throwing up this morning and felt terrible. I could not eat anything I usually would to settle my stomach (dry toast or crackers), so I had a ginger ale (has lots of sugar but works wonders because of the sugar) and then this afternoon ate some plain rice which worked well.
What do you primal experts eat to settle your stomachs when needed?

When you're sick, if you're not hungry then don't eat anything. Just like when you're well.
Eat whatever you crave. Like animals that'll eat toxic plants they wouldn't normally eat to cure an ailment, we also have an innate sense for what we need. If you feel like you need some easy carbs (like plain white rice), eat em!
I would eat what I'm craving. Yesterday I had some really bad stomach pains, although no throwing up. So I ate mostly carbs like bananas, yogurt, sweet potatoes, prunes... I feel much better today!

Just what I needed today(feels like the flu). I've had hot tea with ACV and an orange. I'm sticking with the not eating until I'm ready and just hydrating.
