Add these to his SAD diet and the degeneration should halt. Obviously try to fix the rest of his diet as much as possible.
... What, aren't you going to tell him to eat heaps of honey and drink plenty orange juice!?

If s/he stays on her/his SAD , the teeth will continue to deteriorate. Besides, he isn't asking for our help, you are. Which means any advice you relay is apt to be totally ignored. Sorry.

the amounts of most vitamins and minerals in "normal servings" of both oj and honey are minute. the op's friend would have to eat POUNDs of honey to get what a few ounces of liver would provide. besides, with already decaying teeth am thinking the sugars will only help them plop right out of his head.

you're like a broken record with this shit.
As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.

even accepting that the rda's aren't of much use i think there is a pretty clear disparity here. sugar does NOT cure all the thingz.
