    My Primal Journey

    Day 2
Breakfast: spinach and egg quiche (crustless) with 2 cuos of decaf coffee.

Lunch: I was out on the field for my daughter's soccer practice and the only available food was a protein bar. I just ate half of it because I know that it messes up my digestive system when itake too much sugar alcohol.

NOTE TO SELF: always carry a snack in the purse! !!

Dinner: roasted chicken, zucchini with garlic and tomatoes. and a cup of chicken broth.

I was not able to get any type of exercise today besides putting couple of furniture together for the bathroom. missed the farmers market..... Overall alive and going

any snack ideas for the purse that wont melt?

    DAY 3

breakfast: 3 eggs with some chicken leftovers

    lunch: 2 sausages

dinner: chicken tights (2 pieces), steamed broccoli, and salad mix.

snack: my home made cake pops with 85% dark chocolate.

I had 5 of those cakepops and feel like I'm about to burst into pieces. that was too much but the craving came so suddenly and I couldn't hold my self. Well my 6 and 9 year old kids are no help at those times

couldn't exercise today either. I have to start changing my schedule according to my research and kids. ... Well this is still the beginning. .....
