How to lose muscle in legs on purpose?
People are probably going to attack me for asking this question, but for almost a year now I have been running pretty frequently and have noticed that I have gone up a size in my jeans, and my legs are noticeably bigger. The scale says I have gone up as well but I have not changed my diet before I started running. I want to slim down my legs but I like doing some cardio since I sit at a desk for 9 hours a day. I am also started to get a lot of knee pain and so I guess I will have to be forced to quit running.
I am wondering if there are any ladies that have slimmed down their legs from giving up running and what you suggest. Elliptical or should I just be walking? Would like to know the best method.
My diet is already pretty clean.
Swimming? Boxing? Something that doesn't predominantly involve the legs?
You don't need cardio...you just need to move around regularly.
