And after looking at Dana Linn Bailey they also make the woman !

Whether you are male or female well developed shoulders are noticeable even wearing suits or dresses and the extra width gives the illusion of a smaller waist.

I figured I'd start this post so we can all share our favorite shoulder building tips and tricks......let's hear em !

I like landmine presses or hspu for my pressing movement. I occasionally throw some 1 arm leaning lateral raises and some bent raises in the mix
I have a lot of hard miles on my body from before I realized I'm not 100% invulnerable. Now I just think I'm 75% invulnerable. -Mr. Anthony

    Haha.

Do you ever do any fron raises or anything like that? Or do you just your chest work handle the front delts?

I do a few sets every now and again just to make sure I'm not creating any weak links. I tried this version the other day:

Any kind of press really. Jerks, snatches, presses behind the neck, push presses, and military press are probably the main ones. I like to mess around with some hand balancing too but otherwise that's about it. I guess overhead squats and Turkish get-ups count too.

Looks like a less evil version of a Sotts press.
