NomNom Paleo is such a neat little book. I checked it our of the library as an ebook and she does a great job in making the transition to Primal/Paleo a bit more fun. BOne broth is awesome. Fills me up and calms the monster in the gut. I know for myself it helps to remember how good I felt when all the nutrition was lined up. Helps me stay on the path. Best wishes on your efforts. Stay on it!
