    here we go !


    12:00 - Salad / Veggies / Almonds/Tuna/Olive Oil


    2:30 - Blueberries / Almonds


    4:30 ( after workout ) - bannana / peach / a couple slices of turkey


    6:30 - 2 big pieces of pork / mixed veggies with a slab of butter


    WO


    50 lb KB


    100 swings

    30 push press ( both sides )

    50 yard lunges

    35 tree pullups ( started jumping at around 18 )


    30 min walk after supper with wife and dog


    Usualy i don't have that 430 meal , however today needed to take my son somewhere and knew i wouldn't be home until later

    Day 2


    August 4


    11:00 - Salad / 3 eggs / olive oil / veggies / handfull of almonds


    2- handfull almonds and blueberries


    5:45 - two pieces meat loaf / veggies


    No workout today , exausted think i may of worked a bit too hard this weekend and yesterday . Not sure if I got the energy for the walk


    Currently about 190 at 5ft 7in 44 years old . lost about 25 lbs in the past year , primarily following primal diet about 65 % . Going hardcore the next 30 hoping to get in the early 180's and start seeing six pack

    2:30 almonds / blueberries


    6;00 2 chicken breast w/ skin / 2 cups of green beens

    Deck of cards workout / outside with a 60 lb KB and a tree


    hearts - KB swings

    diamonds - pushups

    spades - treet pullups

    clubs - kb squats


    flip card do number of reps


    took 30 mins


    felt good
