I workout like a badass...and I eat like a badass. (OK really its drink red wine like a badass)
I am a 40 year old female and weigh 167lbs as of this morning. I do Taikwondo 2 times a week and run 3 days a week and do strength two days per week but still I am gaining weight so I know the kitchen is the problem. I need to clean up my diet but want to use primal as deprivation = bitch and that is just no fair to my family and my coworkers.
I am in training to do the Canadian Death Race solo next year. I have completed legs of it but want to try to tackle the beast. I will be doing some shorter races along the way and a Marathon in Vancouver next spring.
I just want to get some pride back.

Whoa! Are you talking Spartan races??!! I've only done one Sprint and two Supers, I want my Trifecta! That's awesome, you sound BADASS!

I had heard of the Canadian Death Race, but it's been many years - just popped onto the facebook site and viewed the pictures - wow, what beautiful terrain! What a great goal to run that solo! What is the time limit?
