    Thanks for the replies. I guess I'll just keep at it and hope for the best. After my breakfast of yogurt tomorrow, I'll try cutting out dairy for a few weeks again. I really miss coffee creamer, though! Coconut milk just isn't the same...

    Not me, but my wife had sometimes debilitating seasonal allergies. Even on tons of meds she had to lock herself inside with windows up and a/c blasting. Now, no meds and we hike every weekend.

    Twenty years of sinus infections and a lot of steroid nasal sprays and antibiotics are gone from my life. Still get some allergy symptoms but they are totally minor in comparison. Healed!

    Yes & no. My sinusitis is controlled by not eating wheat, dairy & using a neti pot every night. My seasonal allergies, such as certain plant life & molds are better now but not completely gone. Reduced recovery time & much fewer sinus infections tho!

    My allergies act up when I eat copious amounts of chocolate and wheat. So the answer is partially - I have to take care of the chocolate part
