    I checked on dailyburn but many nutrition info places have it with the rice included so I'm just guessing at it minus the rice. The vegetables tasted pretty plain to me so hopefully the sugary type sauce wasn't on it although I did throw on the red pepper sauce which may have been a bad idea.

    Hey, I am just starting out on this journey, give me a chance to find my feet. I am eating vegetables - too many of the wrong kind it seems.
