@anne - I am sure you could put it all into fitday.com and figure it out.
I checked on dailyburn but many nutrition info places have it with the rice included so I'm just guessing at it minus the rice. The vegetables tasted pretty plain to me so hopefully the sugary type sauce wasn't on it although I did throw on the red pepper sauce which may have been a bad idea.
Holy hell. Fear of vegetables??? Have some greens at least, your health will probably thank you.
Seems reasonable to instead switch your veggies around. It'd be hard to overdo it with kale, collards, lettuces, mache, broccoli, celery, cukes......
