Is there enough fat in my PB daily consumption
BF: 3 eggs scrambled w/1 slice of American cheese and 1 tbsp of coconut oil
2 pieces of bacon
16 oz coffee with 3 tbsp of cream
Lunch: 2 burgers w/ cheese a tad bit of mustard and ketchup
Dinner: 2 chicken thighs and a medium size bowl of broccoli w/ cheese
***Drank 5 bottles of water today. I walked for 4 hours delivering phone books at the beach in North Carolina.
Man do I eat to much cheese? Wow didn't realize the cheese consumption.
Enough fat? Eh. I'd throw in more, eat an avocado a day. Add some macadamia nuts as a snack. That one "slice" of American cheese doesn't sound good.. we're not talking individual slices, as in, processed cheese, right? If so, you should drop that ASAP. Any cheese you eat should be REAL cheese, the kind you buy in bricks and have to shred or slice yourself.
PS, where are your veggies and fruits? Tomatoes? Carrots? Celery? Spinach? Asparagus? Avocados? This diet doesn't look very complete.
