    Slightly Akward question!

    Primal Fuel
    Sooo I have been following for almost a month now feeling fantastic, losing weight, more energy and just happier!

    One concern though! Going to the bathroom isn't as easy as it used to be... What can I do or add to get more fibre (if fibre is the issue) to make bowel movements normal??

    Fruits and vegetables are the obvious sources of fiber. Also, I have found that milk constipates me. If you're drinking much milk, this might explain it.

    I have the same problem. When I ate grains I would go everyday. Now it's about every 5 days. My theory was that feces is waste so maybe with all the good food I was eating, my body didn't have as much waste to get rid of.

    I had the same problem as OP, fixed by upping the vege count.
    Disclaimer: I eat 'meat and vegetables' ala Primal, although I don't agree with the carb curve. I like Perfect Health Diet and WAPF Lactofermentation a lot.

    Vegetables definitely helped but almost make sure you are eating close to your required amount of calories. Under eating will promote not going

    Any sudden nutrition change might cause a mismatch with the previous gut microbes, but it should stabilize soon enough as long as you're getting a diverse balance.

    I'm pretty sure once every 5 days is a sign of constipation and not really something you want to have.

    Anyways about 3-4 pounds of vegetable matter does it for me (though it feels kind of bloated at first ~)

    Magnesium citrate daily. Supplement. You can take as much as you like; however, too much and the opposite happens. That is why I suggest one tablet daily.
