I am brand new to PB...just started last week. I have T2 diabetes, no meds. Been working for several years trying to lose weight which has been a total failure. Doctor prescibed lots of whole grains, and low, low fat etc, etc. I see now that was definately not a good thing.
I am finding amounts/%s of food to eat very confusing....can anyone simplify (and I mean simple) this for me so I get . When I get confused, I freeze up and have trouble deciding what can I eat??
Hmm... what I eat may not be the best for T2 diabetes (mostly carnivore a lot of the time, one meal a day currently,) but I'm sure somebody else dealing with T2 diabetes will chime in.
Really it's not complicated, and it's a matter of figuring out what works best for you. A big part of PB is that you don't have to think too hard about what you eat, so long as you stick to good foods- meat, eggs, veggies, fruits, nuts.
