I'll turn 39 in the middle of this month and have been dabbling in Primal (60-70%) for the past month and feel I want to crank it up.
GOALS:
1. 6'0" currently weigh 195lbs. Would love to get to 180, but in no rush..
2. Lose my gut
3. Show my wife this works..
B: Primal energy bar (made them yesterday) + coffee (black)
S: sunflower seeds
L" tuna salad, berries
S: nectarine, Primal energy bar
D: roast chicken, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, half a tomato.
