Hey everyone. I have been a longtime reader on the website, but semi-reader of the forum. The website has led me to a large wealth of knowledge through other websites that I have stumbled towards from here (think Eades, WholeHeathSource, Hyperlipid, etc). I have an MD (am in residency) and a degree in nutrition so areas of research and evidence are most interesting. Slowly working on becoming primal-paleo in diet still. Wife is farther behind in converting as she has a deep rooted sweet tooth but is supportive.
Things I am curious about: Does everyone get tan naturally from giving up grains or are you all simply getting more sun? What is the best dress shoe for professionals desiring to improve joint health?
