2. Noticeably increase my upper-body strength

3. Lift heavy things at least 3x per week

4. Learn how to properly use a kettlebell

5. Add sprints into my weekly workout arsenal

6. Drink less alcohol

7. Go from eating primal sometimes to eating 95% primal

8. Encourage at least one friend or family member to get on the wagon
