    B smoothie- cherries, strawberries, spinich, 2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil, protein powder and water.

    S raw nuts and chicken breast

    L large salad with feta and udos oil, 7 to 8 oz. ribeye.

    sprint training and 100 pushups and lots of water

    B coffee with little milk, watermelon then 30min later tablespoon codliver

    oil (carlsons)

    L 3 ounces raw nut mixture and 1 cup cottage cheese (full fat)

    D large salad tomatoes cucumbers, spring mix, 2 tbl. udos oil, red wine vinegar...

    and 8 oz. chicken breast.

    also a plum, large apple and 20 strawberries with tblspoon codliver oil and 4 oz. of chicken breast


    workout 25 pullups and handstand training and lots of bodyweight squats, and walked the dog for 45 minutes. Staying Primal!!

    B 3 eggs scrambled in 2tbl coconut oil(tropical traditions)

    L smoothie-frozen cherries, blueberries, fish oil (lemon) metabolic drive low carb vanilla protein powder.

    S handful of raw nuts

    D a can of alaskan coho wild salmon (vital choice brand The best!! with 3 cups of brocolli with 2 pads of butter and seasonings.


    8 intervals on concept 2 rower, 22 sec. sprints then 10 sec. rests. Averaged 107 meters per row-very tough but felt great after.

    The carb control is easy as long as I eat enough good fat> STILL PRIMAL!!!!!!!!!

    easily kept under 100 carbs.


    also 50 hindu pushups and a little handstand training. and 30 min. walk with the dog.

    100 hindu squats 20 reverse pushups and handstand training

    B hardcore @ 515 6oz chicken breast, swig of cod liver oil and large apple

    S handful of mixed raw nuts, now two handfuls

    L smoothie 2 tbls virgin coconut oil pineapple,strawberry mango mix with water

    S friend made turkey meatballs (marks recipe) they were excellent

    B @530 hardcore (swig of oil) coffee and large delicious peach.

    930 5 eggs scrambled 5 strips of bacons with a little cheese on the eggs.

    S cup of fresh blueberries and cheese stick

    D 3 chicken thighs, large mixed green salad with cucumbers udos oil, red wine vinegar.

    S big piece of watermelon

    and later a glass of red wine

    sprint training tommorrow!

    L smoothie spinich,pineapple, mango, strawberries, 2 scoops metabolic drive low carb.

    S 2oz raw mixed nuts

    D huge salad mixed greens... walnuts, rasberries, udos oil red wine vinegar and 8 oz ribeye
