    Katt:

You are right, I hate tickets but I have to let that go.

Did not end my diet the way I wanted but since I had pizza yesterday and leftover pizza today but today it was the only carbs i had. Hope the damage was not overbearing.

I have cut down on beers and the cookies. I was eating two cookies a day, have not had any for a week.

I did exercise Sturday and Sunday. I hit the bike for an hour each day. I am not going to look for exercise to help lose weight but more because I really enjoy cycling.

    ohiolopez,

That's exactly how I found about MDA as well. It was RR40, and I still have my copy. Grant Peterson was writing about cooking up collards for breakfast in that article, and I thought "blech!". A few weeks later we were doing the same thing. it's become a breakfast staple now.

Rivendell Bicycles is a great company. I Love their products, and love their philosophy. My bike now has fenders, a comfy set of handlebars, a big honking saddlebag, and I wear normal street shoes & clothes when riding now. I'm trying to pretend I live in Denmark or Belgium :-)

Best wishes to you. And I need to get back into the meditation routine - I miss that. Thanks for the reminder.

And I like your RBW pic.
