Hi all,just a line to thank every one who gave advice to my post last week.I ran the 10k race this morning on a small breakfast of kiwi and mixed nuts/seeds and took a banana and water along.I finished in 52 minutes which is 9 minutes quicker than the corresponding race last year.This is due in no small part to the 26 pound weight loss in the last 3 months since adopting PB.God bless Mark and all the PB community for the fantastic advice,i am indebted to you all.
