I'm not a cook so when I follow a recipe I need exact instructions. I want to make the Egg Muffins from the PB cookbook but no oven temperature is given for baking these things? Should I just go with 350 degrees? Also when it says beat eggs, does that mean whisk? I know, but like I said, I'm not a cook.

Usually when something says to beat eggs, I beat my girlfriend instead.
