This doesn't make any sense. You restrict yourself of all sorts of delicious foods, based on optimism?
This here is nothing but a cult, a religion. Flawed in all sorts of ways.
I'm out of here.
Actually I restrict myself of formerly delicious foods because I tried to for a few months (mainly cutting out grains) and had impressive health improvements and want to get even healthier. Also, I read the book Pure White and Deadly that convinced me sugar was bad news. I also read a meta analysis that convinced me saturated fat was not the demon it was made out to be.
It seems your goal is to have a very long life. I'm not sure whether or not Primal living offers you the best chance of it. It does offer you the best quality of life and the healthiest way of life. Personally I consider quality of life more important than just living long, but then again everyone has their own goal.

The troll who at first pretends to be sincere.
It's a rare breed of jackass.
Always the fucking same. If you can't defend yourself, the other one is a troll. Pathetic.
I do believe in healthy food and a healthy lifestyle and so one. But saying paleo is the ultimate healthy lifestyle is beyond my imagination.
