I know I read somewhere that it's a bad thing, but I can't find any references to it on the forum. I try to buy pasteurized (not ultra) from Trader Joe's, but it's a ways away and not always accessible. The ultra variety is the only stuff available from my local grocery, and I've occasionally succumbed to its easy accessibility when I ran out of the "good" stuff (God forbid I skip my morning cuppa joe with heavy cream). Can anyone clue me in as to why it's bad for me?
