    My Primal Journal (I Choose Primal)

    Primal Fuel
    Hello,

    This will be my daily journal.

    I've been primal before. I stopped for a while and noticed that many issues crept back in, such as weight gain, food cravings, migraines, anxiety issues, keratosis pilaris, breakouts, and the list goes on...

    I found that keeping a journal really helped to keep me on track, so I'll be doing that again, here.

    Day 1

    Exercise/Slow Movement/Play:
    1.5 hour walk

    Meal #1: 2pm
    - Iced coffee
    - 2 tbsp whole milk
    - 2 cups water

    Meal #2: 5pm
    - 1/4 cucumber
    - 2 baby bok choy
    - 6 mushrooms
    - 1/2 can wild Pacific salmon
    - 2 tbsp homemade lard mayonnaise
    - 1/2 oz extra-old cheddar cheese
    - 4 cups water

    Meal #3: 7pm
    - 3 cups raw spinach
    - 1 tbsp raw onion
    - 1 cup of blueberries
    - 3 tbsp Coconut Cashew Wildway 'granola'
    - 1/2 oz extra-old cheddar cheese
    - 2 tbsp homemade maple salad dressing
    - 6 pork ribs
    - 4 cups water
    - 8 oz dry red wine
