Yay, I'm starting my Primal Challenge journal.
My goals.
Break the sugar habit. It's been so incredibly difficult, working in a store all day, faced with all the sugary possibilities before my eyes.
More Primal exersize (4 x week). Including sprint sessions, and new exciting forms of exersize that fit the primal style ( hard to do when it is 110 outside!! Will have to get up earlier to play outside!)
