    A wee taste of Scotland...

    Primal Fuel
As promised, pictures from our camping trip, west coast of Scotland

Every time I hear the dirty word 'exercise', I wash my mouth out with chocolate.

Hi Dinohunter! Thank you very much, indeed! I've sort of become smitten from afar with Scotland. What a fine specimen of a hound you have there BTW. I also detected a rather handsome fellow not to mention a rather lovely lass whilst viewing your presentation. Don't know who they might be. I also like your presentation on your blog. Wish i was creative like that.If you don't mind, a few questions:

Much swimming going on there or is the water/ambient/temp too cold?
What wd. you estimate the daily temps to be?
Were the flowers in full bloom by then?
Did you have a good time?:

    Thanks again.

you need some harakeke plants and our seals are less silvery but that could almost be the south of the south island. well minus the old houses and stones and the wild flowers too and I did pretend it was tussock in the paddock with the highland cows at the start there. beaut pics. I so loved Scotland when I went. Grandad come from pennan tho, so the other side.

water over there looks like the Mediterranean, beautiful. blue clear... sticking your feet in reminds you that its NOT. LOL, pretty cold. Robbie (the dog) would swim in the artic though, cant keep him out of the water.
Later on in the summer you can swim but its def not "warm" course theres always the odd nutter (bunch of the nutters in aberdeen have a tradition of chucking themselves into the north sea mid winter for funzzies)

daily temps when we were there (end of May) were around 55-60 on average

Mostly, end of May/through june is when most stuff is blooming.

    Absolutely.

Scottish Shortbread cookies or it didn't happen ;x

Uh... Yes. You've heard it right. Pictures are now worthless as proof. Scenic photography now must be etched onto buttery cookies to be considered adequate proof...
