Wondering if any of you guys have a favorite homemade gainer you like to make, since we obviously can't run down to the GNC and get a premade gainer with loads of malodextrin. I usually through some (40-60g) whey together with (2 tbsp)coconut oil, (2 tbsp)nut butter, (1/2 cup) berries, and maybe a banana all in the blender.

I don't really measure. those were rough estimates. and yes with water. its just like making a regular smoothie except getting as much protein and fat in there as possible. greek yogurt is another thing I like to add to it
