sprints and lawn mowing for a workout tonight.
have mt bike race in 4 weeks and want to be ready. Less weight and overall fitness should help my cause.

Feel great today after the fast yesterday.
3 egg omlet with turkey and a small amount of shredded cheese
2 boiled eggs and some cherries.
plan on a grilled chicken breast for lunch and burger for supper.
I need to exercise today. It might be sprint day.
