    L: 1 Hott Dog with onions + banana peppers & no bun

    S: ---

    D: Salad w/grilled chicken breast + tomatoes + raspberries + glass of water


    Day 6:

    B: 3 eggs scrambled + 2 Pieces of bacon

    S: ---

    L: ---

    S: Salad w/grilled chicken + tomatoes + fat free ranch dressing

    L: Salad w/carrots + cucumbers + burger patty

    D: Blackened chicken + pepper jack cheese + cilantro + tomatoes + salad = cucumbers + carrots

    Hello Kyle,

    I like the tracking of meals. I notice you're quite the nut for pistachios! Oh you bet your ass pun intended!

    Just curious about the water thing. You seem to include water as a part of some of your meals and a part of some of your snacks. Is that all the water that you're consuming?! If so, then on days 4, 6 and 7 you forgot to drink water haha.

    Keep on tracking it, and feel free to include a bit more about yourself, unless you'd rather not. I've noticed how incredibly supportive this forum can be, you just need to open up a bit.

    Thanks for the reply! I know I've been back and fourth about the water thing. I drink water with every meal actually I just threw it in there a few times typing these journals up quick at work haha.
