I'll start off with a statement of my goals to hopefully remind me to eat right throughout this challenge (as that's my biggest struggle).
- Lose fat in order to see my abs (haven't seen them since I was 15)
- Lose the double chin! Ew
- Fit into size 3 jeans
I hate being so ambiguous about my goals, however, if I look great and fit into size 7 pants, so be it. I don't want to set weight goals either for the same reason. However, I really would like to wear size 3 pants...so what the hey...
