A good source of fat, but very high in Omega-6, so I would use it sparingly.

Total Omega-3 fatty acids 59.8mg
Total Omega-6 fatty acids 3400mg
Is this ok to eat on the PB? I imagine it's a really good source of fat.

I usually just keep it to the sesame seed oil. Yeah, it's high in omega-6s, but you need such a small amount for flavor that if you are doing everything else right, you don't need to worry.
