I'm in 100%. I started eating primal at the turn of the year. Started at 60-80% and have progressed close to 100%. My motivation was/is to increase exersise performance and the positive health benefits primal provides. I love working out and being active, but my diet has been my downfall. I am probably in the mid teens for current body fat. It would be nice, at least aesthetically, to drop to 10% or so.

So, my goals are:

1. Continue 100% primal eating.

2. Increase upper body strength(for better performance in my WOD's)

3. Drop this stubborn body fat from my bread basket
