    I did two pullups!

I spent last week visiting my parents, and they have gymnastics rings. Even though I haven't been training for pullups at all - I have a fairly basic home gym and do fairly basic things - I managed to do two pullups in a row. I'm proud of myself (and my parents were impressed).

Apparently, once-an-hour exercise really does work. I can see results in body fat loss, and apparently there's also an increase in strength. All that with no dedicated "exercise" time - all I do is get up every hour throughout the day and do 10 reps of something.

Nice work! Next thing you know you'll be doing 100 in a row.

I do similar. Every ten minutes I'll do ten of something, works best on slow nights at work. Just not every day.
