What does 300 grams of protein look like?
Some eggs, 1 lb chicken breast, .5 lb ground beef is already 230 grams. All cheap. How about that then?

While I'm not sure that your body would be able to use that much, I don't think it would cause a problem unless you already have a preexisting condition. Your kidney and liver would be your main concerns with that, but I've heard that if they are healthy then you shouldn't have an issue.
I try to over shoot my 1g per lb of LBM a bit too for that mater.
You must be looking to add muscle in a hurry. Only reason to load up on protein. May I recommend T-nation for lots of info on that lifestyle.
I think I'll increase it slowly then. I've been eating about 150g a day, but I've been noticing that I feel better (and even crave it) when I eat 175-200. I'll keep it at around that from now on then.
