I love primal living; it has brought me to the best shape I’ve ever been. My friend Cody got me hooked about 2 months ago and I’m excited to get this challenge underway. Roughly a year and a half ago I weighed 200 lbs and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu helped me drop to 185. For the last 2 months I’ve been living about 80% primal and I’m floating around 163; my goal in 30 days is to eat 100% primal and get as close to 155 lbs as I can. Today is going great!
