I've reached the dreaded plateau phase grrrr! Last Friday I weighed in at 158 lbs and this morning I weighed in at 158 again!

I tried to shock my system by fasting 24 hours two days in a row along with my normal daily 16 hour fast with virtually no results! Maybe I'm expecting too much too soon. I'm quite happy with my results so far as I've lost 22 lbs in 3 months!

I am a male, age 48, 5'10" 158 lbs with a goal of 150 lbs, although I realize that the goal is irrelevant as I plan on continuing this lifestyle for life! I'm following Marks fitness program to a tee while eating Primal at about 90%.

Am I not eating enough? Should I add to the fitness program? Should I just not worry about it and just enjoy my current success? I know this sounds silly as I know slow and steady wins the race but it gets exciting as you get close to your goal!
