I think that line about how Australia's sugar intake has gone down and obesity still went up is a good reality check for some. It could be that more people are just drinking fruit juice and having "natural" fruit snacks but I think a large part of it is when you take junk grains and mix them with vegetable oils you don't even need fructose in the picture to balloon up. It's undeniably unhealthy outside of real food, though.
