I'm in. Have been 80/20 primal for about 9 months, but want to up it to 90/10. Had no problem giving up grains, pasta, etc, but still struggle with chocolate, alcohol and occasional lapses back to potato chips.
Workout is pretty primal with one heavy day a week, 3 long slow walks and one sprint day. Am also trying to add more PLAY.
Friday evening was truly primal with him fishing for dinner and she doing hill sprints in her VFF. Love the shoes.
