    I Tried Bulletproof Coffee today...

    ...And I feel really ill. Very nauseated. Has anyone else experienced this? I think maybe this isn't for me...

    Start out with way less oil and butter in it; build up slowly. It's delicious.

    Thanks! I'll try that next time. Although I did just figure out what the problem was... I was hungry but instead of hunger, it was coming through as nausea. I ate some chicken and now I feel great! Peculiar. XD

    Oh, it was delicious BTW. Not quite as good as a dried persimmon, but close.

    Work your way up with the MCT oil. You can use more butter in the mean time.

    @gdot I usually don't do ketogenic... I like apples and oranges too much. Also, I like dried persimmons something fierce. My carbs are rarely under 50 a day.

    @scottbelanger I used a blender, it was pretty well blended.

    @Markbt I actually didn't use MCT oil, I used straight coconut oil. I wonder if maybe I should go get that.

    I used coconut oil the first time I tried it (3 days ago) I didn't even blend it lol but it was good (2c. coffee and 1 tablespoon coconut oil). Then I heard (read) about people using Kerrygold so I picked some up and tried that this morning. I brew coffee using a stove percolator (old school style). I do a couple big pots and store the coffee in a container in the fridge so I can just pour and zap it in the mornings. I put the butter in the bottom of the cup and pour the coffee in then micro. Stir and drink. It's good. I'm not effing with any blender when i'm barely awake lol I might blend my fingers off

    Hey my friend try this :
    When you wake up drink a tall glass of water I put fresh Lemon or lime juice In Too. Give yourself a bit to wake up. Then you can make a proper batch of BP COFFEE. I believe you will truly only experience the utmost taste/texture of this creamy concoction if done with some love- now no more effin sweating. I will help you !! Just ask
