I am a 30 year old 5'7" guy that weighed 230 LBS when I started the Primal life and Cross-fit. I have been doing this for about 2 months now and have for the most part been doing good. I've slide a couple of time and ate things that i was not suppose to. I now weigh 210 LBS and lost 6 inches off my waist. If anyone has any suggestions on how to make it easier to stay on this plan and not slide off every once in awhile please let me know.
