    Interesting, gelatin seem to be a superfood that actually works, so keep up the good work by collecting scientific evidence for its benefits…

    Can anyone translate 60 grams into tablespoons?

    1tbsp = 10g according to wikianswers via google.

    1T = 7g according to http://www.therecipebox.com/utilitie...ms/gelatin.htm

    Not sure how accurate that is... I guess I could confirm with food scale when I get home.

    60 grams = 8 tablespoons! At least the gelatin powder that I use, that are in tablespoon portions of 7.5 grams each...

    Thanks. what is the difference between Great Lakes Gelatin and Great Lakes Collagen? Is one higher than the other in glycine?

    Thanks for the conversions. I guess I should increase the 1-2 tbsp I've been taking. I need to order some of the non-hydrolyzed gelatin and try out some of the recipes over on the gelatin thread.

    What a nice summary, thanks so much! I've been taking Great Lakes green label for a couple of weeks and have my 91-year-old mom trying it, too. Am glad to find out more about glycine.

    Hi everybody.

    I have updated the original glycine article a few times after the publication, but I also managed to get another glycine-related article published in Matt Stone's 180DegreeHealth blog which is probably familiar to some of you:

    Thyroid, Inflammation, and Metabolic Syndrome: The Surprising Power of Context
