Day 1 of the PC and also my 1st blog post. So I will obviously be doing this mostly to keep a record of my activities (food, exercise, sleep, etc.) over the next 30 days and I hope this will allow me to see my trends both positive and negative.

D: Planning on eggs & sausage


1. Road bike to/from work (7 miles total)

2. Walk to lunch (.5 total)

3. Hope to put in floor joist and sub-flooring in my house tonight
