    Vibrant Epiphany Primal Journal

    Primal Fuel
Been mostly paleo but slipping a lot. I am 8 stone 4 and 5 feet 6, breastfeeding a toddler. I simply do not eat enough. I eat the same as my husband (who is obese) but do not drink alcohol or finish others meals like he does my husband eats some grains.

So to avoid the chocolate snacking I do, I need to be stricter paleo and eat more real food. So setting up this journal today.

Snacks: 2 Normal sized chocolate bars.

    Sparkling Water.

I had the chocolate in my cupboard, will try not to buy more.

    Welcome Vibrant Epiphany.

Seems to me that chocolate bar is not especially a bad choice for keeping your calories up I'm impressed you found time to make your own granola, breastfeeding is so wonderful but a real demand on your time and on your body. Have you ever tried making your own soup from bone broth, it would be very nourishing.

    Best wishes.

Thanks Annieh. I did have the last chocolate bar oops but find it hard to resist with it bring in the house. Yes still breastfeeding, a 2 year old, really seems to be taking its toll now. She has a cold so is feeding more. I think another batch of paleo chocolate brownies needs to be made

If we roast a chicken we make stock and usually a soup from that. I need to get over my liver/kidneys aversion too

    Last choccy bar.

More sparkling water, some Parma ham (when making my toddler's lunch).
