I had problems sleeping last night, unusual for me. I realized that the problem was, I was excited about going to the gym tonight.
Holy hell! What is happening to me????
Finished the 2nd week at the gym in Suez. Almost 1.5 hours, first 30 minutes sprints, jogging, bodyweight exercises, etc. Then on to the weight room. Good workout. There were several younger guys there and, once again, I was amazed at how out of shape they are.
I talked to my personal trainer afterwards, and he said that my strength was overall better than anybody else that was there last night. Exception to this was my abdominals, they suck but I'm working on them on days not at the gym.
