1 can tuna in olive oil
juice from 1 lemon
capers (as many as you desire)

Mix it all up by hand or you can use a blender/magic bullet to create a sort of dip texture.

Use steamed/baked artichoke leaves as your scoops (or pretty much whatever else you think might be good to dip into tuna or you can slap it on top of a salad even) and enjoy!

So simple, so tasty!
