My favorite breakfast dish is currently cream cakes. They are a pancake alternative. It's more like a quiche than a pancake though. I can't claim them as my own. I got them out of a book. I've added a few things to them to give them a better taste.
1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
Mix together like you would scrambled eggs. Make sure the bottom is fully done before you flip or they may tear. Cook them in your favorite oil or butter.
I've added cinnamon and/or a small amount of vanilla extract.
I top them with butter and/or Cary's sugar free syrup.
