    Haha. It's like that study where they tried to say that fat had no effect on satiety signaling and they used a muffin as their "fat". Ridiculous. Even a 5 year old is smarter than this.

    Also I dislike the term "fat" since it is vague and ambiguous. There are many different fatty acids and they have different physiological effects. You can tell that these people aren't very well-informed. I could tell that upon first reading the url in the link though.

    I agree with all replies! I guess I kinda get fired up when I read stuff like this. My way of venting now is posting here and having several people comment on how rediculous it is!

    A friend also reminded me of the "low-carb flu". That is probably what the issue was in the first 10 days.
