PWO meal/snack for muscle gains - tried and tested?
What can I have (i'm lactose intolerant so no dairy) after weight training to help me gain?
The things i've tried thus far haven't been enough so i'd appreciate your input, thanks.
Don't complicate it...just eat. It's your total daily calories that are important not what you eat pwo. Just make sure your eating enough food to put on muscle....and like GM says........starchy carbs are pretty much a "must have" to build muscle so don't forget to eat some of those.
